During a four-session program, we discover how meditation, mindfulness and yoga are tools that help us connect to our purpose, live our truth and rise towards our wildest dreams. Our goal is to find ways to integrate moments of healing into our busy, daily lives so that wellness and connection become the foundation from which we build. Further your own personal mindfulness journey or join a group mentorship to connect to a community of people committed to elevating, uplifting and learning from one another.

  • $250 per person
    No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Donate what you can mindfully. Payment plans available.
