Through Yoga, we move the body in intentional ways, linking breath to movement to support physical and mental health. Meditation harnesses thoughts and emotions and channels them in constructive ways. These synergetic practices empower individuals to take what’s cultivated on the mat or meditation cushion and apply it in practical ways throughout their lives. Together we honor these ancient practices and delve into the philosophy and science of their teachings.
What’s Included: Private sessions of Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathing) & Meditation based on your wellness goals.
Live Private Class: 60-75 minutes | $75 1-3 persons | Additional $15 / person
